Of course, there are thousands of news stories going on every day, but I tried to narrow it down to the top five that have currently been trending.

  • Milo Yiannopoulos’ Comments on Pedophilia Split the Alt-Right

Milo Yiannopoulos was one of the editors of the Alt-Right website publication “Breitbart.” After his comments surfaced, wherein he condoned pedophilia, he is facing repercussions. Some of the repercussions he is facing are but not limited to: lost book deals that were worth $250,000, resignation from “Breitbart,” and some of his allies from the Alt-Right turning against him. Interestingly enough some members of the Alt-Right still support Yiannopoulos even though he himself has stated that he is not a member of the Alt-Right movement.
